何度も何度も、実写ポルノ映画はヴァンパイアのコンセプトを適切に活用できていない。咬まれるシーンや変身シーンは、あったとしても強調されないか、物足りない。最悪の場合、これらは名ばかりの「ヴァンパイア映画」である。
Time and time again, live-action porn films fail to properly utilize the concept of vampires. The bite scenes and the transformation sequences, if any at all, are either de-emphasized or lacklustre. At worst, these are "Vampire films" in-name-only.
しかし、ある日本のアダルトビデオが、多くの失敗作を成功させた。RCT-807』は、JAVの流儀に忠実に、ある種のキンクス＆フェチを強調したスローペースで官能的な作品だ。しかし、実際のヴァンピリズムが軽視されているわけではない。

The patient-nurse corruption scene leans heavily on suspense and tension. As she is attacked, transformed, & raped by the newly-awakened lesbian vampire, the Nurse slowly loses her mind before she gives into this newfound pleasure.
この映画にひとつ難点を挙げるとすれば、ラストの変身シーンだろう。悲しいことに、変身する最後の少女が登場するのは映画の終盤近くになってからで、他のヴァンパイアたちが彼女に襲いかかるという単純なものではなく、詰め込みすぎで引き延ばされたシークエンスが展開される。
しかし、ラストシーンはそれを補って余りある。
If we had one knock against this film it would be the last transformation scene. Sadly, the last girl to be turned only makes her appearance near the end of the film, and rather than keeping it as simple as the other vampires ganging up on her, we get an overstuffed and drawn-out sequence.
However, the final scene makes up for it.
RCT-807』はまさにダイヤモンドの原石だ。私たちは、このJAVの正しさ（そして間違い）を他の作品が学ぶことで、今後のヴァンパイア・ポルノに必要なクオリティのステップアップがもたらされることを願っている。
RCT-807 is a true diamond in the rough. We hope that other films can learn from what this JAV gets right (and wrong) so that future vampire porn can be given a much-needed step-up in quality.
